PINK ROMANCE

Last year, my friend asked me to joined her event in my town. It's called Rara Diasa Fashion Course - Fashion Show. She is a teacher and an owner of Rara Diasa Fashion Course in Bandar Lampung. The purpose of the event is to introduce people in Lampung that we have a talented designer.

I had 3 month to make 5 gowns. I made them myself from making patterns, cutting fabrics, sew and embellishment. It's exhausting but fun!

So, here are the gowns that I made last year for RDFC Fashion Show.

Batik Madness

Hey everyone! ❤︎
Welcome back to my blog.
Today's post is about my Batik outfit. Yeah, I know, the last post is also about Batik. Batik  are so beautiful and artistic.

For your information, Batik is a technique of wax-resist dyeing applied to whole cloth, or cloth made using this technique. Batik is made either by drawing dots and lines of the resist with a spouted tool called a canting or by printing the resist with a copper stamp called a capThe applied wax resists dyes and therefore allows the artisan to colour selectively by soaking the cloth in one colour, removing the wax with boiling water, and repeating if multiple colours are desired. Indonesian batik made in the island of Java has a long history of acculturation, with diverse patterns influenced by a variety of cultures, and is the most developed in terms of pattern, technique, and the quality of workmanship. In October 2009, UNESCO designated Indonesian batik as a Masterpiece of Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity. (source : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Batik)

In this post, I wore a Batik Jumpsuit designed and sewn by me. I bought the Batik fabric in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. If you come to Yogyakarta (Indonesia), don't forget to visit Malioboro. There are a lot of Batik fabric, dress, shirt, skirt, pants, bag, and more products with various designs. And you will love them ❤︎

New Bangs!

I was reading magazine, and there is a topic about style the bangs. For oval-face like me, every type of bangs are suitable. So, I cut my bang. I don't think that it's match with me. Actually, I regret it. But, my friends said that I look younger.

And here, my last OOTD. I'm wearing Batik Dress from Rianty Batik. I bought it when I was in Yogyakarta.

It's been a long time

Hi, everyone! It's been a long time I haven't post anything on my blog. Well, I still busy with my sewing course. I'm trying to make some gowns. It's hard and really really hard. I wish I can hire a tailor, but my mom didn't allow me. She wants me to sew all by myself. Later, I'll post all the dresses I made :D

And here my last OOTD. Since holiday is coming, I can do meet up with my long-distance-friendship, travel to the places I never visited before in my city, and also post anything on my blog. But still, I have to finish the gown that I made.
